Our Senior Legal Assistant, Olga Fainbark, has been with Gertsoyg and Company since the year 2005. She has received her Legal Secretary Diploma from CDI College.
Prior to joining our firm, Olga has worked as a Systems Control Engineer for the Tver Bureau of Chemical Production Automation. She has a degree in Control Systems Engineering from the Tver Institute of Technology.
She assists our personal injury lawyer Mr. Gertsoyg in correspondence, telephone communications, electronic data base management, specialist appointments, and submission of medical and disability expenses for victims of personal injury in traumas resulting from car accidents, motorcycle accidents, pedestrian accidents, dangerous products, dangerous premises, slip and falls, black (toxic) mold poisoning cases and ski accidents.
When Mr. Gertsoyg is at court or at examinations for discoveries, Olga is the pillar of support to victims of brain injury, spinal injury, fractures, neck injury, back injury, whiplash, fibromyalgia, post-traumatic stress disorder, depression, thoracic outlet syndrome, carpal tunnel syndrome, Sjogren’s syndrome, reflex sympathetic dystrophy, and connective tissue disorder, that our firm represents.
Olga speaks English and Russian.
